Trust planning is the process of evaluating, drafting, and utilizing a trust instrument for a variety of purposes. Trusts can be used to distribute your assets in a discreet and streamlined manner, or they can be utilized to generate tax-advantageous circumstances for your loved ones upon your passing. Trusts are not mandatory for every estate plan, but they can be invaluable to those who need them.

Estate planning is the vital process of anticipating and arranging for the management and disposal of your estate in the event you become incapacitated and after your death. It is crucial that everyone have basic estate planning documents so that your wishes are clear to your loved ones regarding what you want done with your estate and your end of life care.

For those with the wealth to be effected by Gift & Estate Tax considerations, wealth planning is essential to make sure your loved ones are not adversely affected.

My passion for Trust & Estate planning developed out of my desire to help people.

The best way I can help individuals and their families is to make sure they are prepared for one of the most trying times in their lives, the passing or incapacity of a loved one.

I graduated from the University of Massachusetts School of Law at Dartmouth with Cum Laude honors and am a member of the  Massachusetts bar.  I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College.
